1. Load the accounts page

2. Login to the subscribed Truple account

3. Click Cancel Subscription

   

   (If the cancel subscription button is grayed out, then you need to unlock it.)

4. Follow the remaining instructions shown

Cancelling a subscription will disable auto-renewal. Your subscription will remain active for the duration of the current billing period. Emails will be sent to all report recipients when you cancel.
