To unlock your account, do the following:

1. Load the accounts page

2. Login with your subscribed account if you aren't already logged in

3. Click Unlock Account

   

4. Click Send Unlock Pin

5. Ask your report recipient for the unlock pin. Make sure they check their Spam and other folders if they can't find it. The email will come from donotreply@truple.io.

6. Enter in the unlock code

7. Click Unlock

Report recipients will be informed by email that the account was unlocked.
