Sample accountability report
Last updated: December 9, 2024
When the report recipient logs in to review accountability data, they'll see a report for each device on the account.
Entire Report
The entire report is comprised of all individual device reports.
Individual Device Report
Below is an example individual device report.
If there are high risk
screenshots, events, websites, or tamper events, they'll be called out.
Screenshots
You can click the Screenshots
button to show all screenshots.
Zoom In
If you want more detail, you can click on an individual image to view it zoomed in.
(this screenshot has image blurring and text redaction enabled)
Screenshot Meta Data
When you view the screenshot in the zoomed in view, you can see the screenshot meta data. Meta data shows:
- device name
- the website or app being used when the screenshot was captured
- the website or app title
- the date and time the screenshot was captured
High Risk Screenshots
High risk
screenshots are called out.
You can click on the High risk screenshots!
alert and view screenshots for that device filtered down to only the high risk ones. This is the quickest way to review accountability data, however we still recommend you periodically review all screenshots when time allows.
Websites
You can click the Websites
button to show websites visited. We don't typically recommend viewing websites very often unless there's something specific you want to investigate, or if you want to see what occurred between two screenshots.
High risk
websites will be called out.
Viewing Events
You can click the Events
button to show all events for the device. We don't typically recommend viewing events very often unless there's something specific you want to investigate, or if you want to see what occurred between two screenshots.
Tamper
events are also called out.
Viewing Screen & App Time
You can click the Screen & App Time
button to view screen & app time.
