Account Deletion

You can delete your account

Prerequisits

Truple now supports self-service account deletion, meaning you can now delete your Truple account without contacting customer support. To delete your Truple account, you'll first need to:

  • Delete all devices from your account
  • Delete all report recipients from your account
  • Unsubscribe (if you're currently subscribed)
  • Unlock your account (if it's currently locked)

Steps to delete account

Once you've done the following, you can delete your account by:

  1. Login to the account you wish to delete at https://app.truple.io/account using a web browser.
  2. Navigate to the accounts page, cancel the subscription prompt if you're prompted to subscribe.
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Check the box to verify you understand
  5. Click Delete Account. You'll be logged out upon successful account deletion.
  • Please note that Truple will maintain records necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial records, and other regulatory compliance.
