Viewing reports from an iPhone / iPad

If you'd like to view reports from an iPhone you can use Safari or Chrome. To make loading the reports easier, you can add a shortcut to your phone's home screen by following the steps outlined below.

1. Load app.truple.io in Safari.
2. Click the ... button in the bottom right corner of Safari
3. Click Share
4. Click more
5. Click Add to Home Screen
6. Click the newly added icon found on your home screen
7. Login with your account (check the stay logged in for 30 days box)*
8. Now when you want to view the report, just click the icon on your home screen.

* If your phone doesn't keep you logged in for 30 days, or if it asks you for the e2ee passcode all the time, that's because your phone is low on storage and the phone is clearing out that data regularly to free up storage. If you free up storage you won't have to enter those details in repeatedly.
