How do I switch the account email address?

What to do if you need to switch your account email address

Truple does not support switching the account owner's email address. However, most people who want to switch the email address actually prefer to lock their account instead.

If you do need to "switch", you'll need to cancel your existing subscription and sign back up under the new email address. You'll also need to uninstall and reinstall Truple on each device, setting it up under the new email address. If you're in the middle of an annual bill period, reach out to support@truple.io and we'll work with you to ensure you don't miss out on months you've already paid for.
