Truple's unlimited plan allows for unlimited monitored devices within a single family household.

If you have Truple's unlimited plan, and you'd like an increase to your device limit, please do the following:

1. If you have any devices you can delete from your account due to them no longer being active, or due to the app being uninstalled, please delete those devices prior to requesting the device limit increase.
2. If, after #1, you still need the device limit increased, email support@truple.io and explain why you need the increase. We may verify that connections are regularly made from the same IP address to ensure devices are all from the same household.
